2016 HHS NIH NITAAC CIO-SP3 SMALL BUSINESS LABOR RATE ANALYSIS

This analysis has been completed to help Deltek GovWin IQ clients prepare competitive pricing for the upcoming CIOSP3 On-Ramp vehicle. These rates are taken from Deltek GovWin IQ's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Labor rates from all 95 vendors for the small business portion of CIOSP3 have been gathered and organized for analysis purposes. There is a chart detailing Vendor Awards through 2015 to show which vendors are getting the most work from CIOSP3 SB awards. More than 276,000 labor rates from 2015-2022 are included in this analysis. A worksheet is included which details yearly minimum, average and maximum labor rate by category and vendor contract classification. Some vendors were awarded up to three contracts (SB, 8(a), SDVOSB, Hubzone), so this data will help find the price reasonableness range of pricing for the upcoming On-Ramp vehicle, for vendors with similar classifications. A vendor year-by-year average rate sheet for contractor site and government is also provided in this analysis. The final sheet of this analysis is the download of all data used to derive the analysis.
