GSA ALLIANT FULL AND OPEN LABOR RATE ANALYSIS 2014-2019

The labor rates used in this analysis are taken from GovWin IQ's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. More than 45,000 labor rates for eighty (80) labor categories of fifty-seven (57) of the fifty-eight (58) vendors awarded Alliant Full and Open contracts from 2014-2019 are provided in this analysis. Government site and contractor site labor rates are analyzed to derive the average rates per year per vendor as well as the minimum/average/maximum rate for each labor category from year to year. Pivot charts are provided to compare vendor labor category rates for each year 2014-2019. Users can manipulate the charts by clicking the filters displayed on each chart. Pivot table format allows users to filter data by clicking any column header cell of the labor rates spreadsheets to compare vendors' rates. FPDS spending data through March 2016 is provided to show which vendors are getting the most awards from the Alliant vehicle.
