2016 GSA VETERANS TECHNOLOGY SERVICES LABOR RATE ANALYSIS

This analysis has been completed to help Deltek GovWin IQ clients prepare competitive pricing for the upcoming GSA VETS 2 GWAC. These rates have been downloaded from Deltek's GovWin IQ Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Labor rates from 31 incumbent vendors of the original VETS GWAC have been gathered and organized for analysis purposes. FPDS spending data through May 2016 is included to show which vendors are getting the most work. More than 53,000 labor rates from 2012-2017 are included in this analysis. A worksheet is included which details yearly minimum, average and maximum labor rate by labor category for government and contractor sites. A vendor year-by-year average rate sheet for contractor site and government is also provided in this analysis. The final five sheets of this analysis are the year-by-year downloads of labor rate data. The spreadsheet/pivot table format will enable users to slice and dice the data by clicking any of the column header cells to activate drop-down menus of data to be selected by the user.
