FAA e-FAST Top 20 Vendor Labor Rate Analysis

The labor rates used in this analysis are taken from GovWin IQ's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. More than 90,000 labor rates from 2013-2019, of the Top 20 vendors, based on most recent FPDS spending data, have been compiled in this analysis. The most recent FPDS spending data has been used to identify the Top 20 vendors of e-FAST. Government site and contractor site labor rates are analyzed to derive the minimum, average and maximum rates per year per vendor as well as the minimum, average, maximum rate for each labor category from year to year. A Pivot table is provided to compare vendor labor category rates for each year 2013-2019. The Pivot table format allows users to filter data by clicking any column header cell of the labor rates spreadsheets to compare vendors' rates. Yearly escalation and site ratios are provided along with a chart showing vendor price fluctuations out of the normal escalations in 2015-2016.
