2017 HHS NIH NITAAC CIO-SP3 LABOR RATE ANALYSIS

This file replaces the 2016 CIO-SP3 Analysis with updated FPDS spending data and updated Biostatatician labor rate data. Capstone Corporation data is also included as the contract with LGS Innovations was novated to Capstone on 12/21/2016. Maximus contract number has been updated as well. These rates are taken from Deltek GovWin IQ's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Labor rates of all vendors for the umbrella program portion have been gathered and organized for analysis purposes. There are three charts detailing Vendor Awards through May 2015 to June 2017 to show which vendors are geting the most work from CIOSP3 awards. These charts also indicate changes in vendors getting the work between 2015 and 2017. More than 130,000 labor rates from 2013-2022 are included in this analysis. A labor rate summary sheet/pivot table is available for each year between 2013-2022 for both government and contractor sites. There is an average rate cell at the bottom of each rate column on each sheet. The average rate cell can be clicked to derive the minimum and maximum rate of the data selected. This feature can be very helpful in determining the price reasonableness range for each labor category.
