2018 GSA VETERANS TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 2 LABOR RATE ANALYSIS

This analysis has been completed to help Deltek GovWin IQ clients understand the vendor rates of the recently awarded GSA VETS 2 GWAC. These rates have been downloaded from Deltek's GovWin IQ Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Labor rates of all 70 vendors of the VETS 2 GWAC have been gathered and organized for analysis purposes. More than 86,000 labor rates from 2018-2023 are included in this analysis. There is a pivot table included derived from the download of all rates from 2018-2023. A worksheet is included which details yearly minimum, average and maximum labor rate by labor category for government and contractor sites. A vendor year-by-year average rate sheet for contractor site and government site is also provided in this analysis. This analysis includes the download of all labor rate data from 2018-2023. The spreadsheet/pivot table format will enable users to slice and dice the data by clicking any of the column header cells to activate drop-down menus of data to be selected by the user. The contract access fee (0.75%) has been added to the labor rates published by GSA. The final spreadsheet of this analysis includes a chart comparing VETS and VETS2 vendors with escalation and site differential data as well as average rate differences.
