GSA ALLIANT 2 UNRESTRICTED COMPARATIVE RATE ANALYSIS 2018-2023

The GSA Alliant 2 Unrestricted Comparative Rate Analysis has been created to help GovWin IQ subscribers understand incumbent vendors' labor rates between 2018-2023. More than 68,000 rates are included in this analysis. FPDS spending data for Alliant 1 and Alliant 2 are provided to show which vendors are getting work and how their labor rates compare with each other. Alliant 1 FPDS data is included since, at the time of this report, Alliant 2 data has only been reported for a few months. Charts detailing minimum, average and maximum labor rates for each labor category (124) and average rates for each vendor (55) are included. Labor rate downloads for each year from 2018-2023 are included in spreadsheet/table format. Escalation factor is 1.0193 for years 1-5 of the program. Escalation factor for years 6-15 is TBD per the GSA Alliant 2 website.
