GSA STREAMLINED TECHNOLOGY ACQUISITION RESOURCES FOR SERVICES III (STARS III) LABOR CATEGORY RATE ANALYSIS

The GSA STARS III Labor Category Rate Analysis has been created to help GovWin IQ subscribers determine price reasonableness ranges for each of the labor catgeories listed in the RFP documents released by GSA. Each one of the thrity-one (31) categories has its own spreadsheet of comparable titles and rates, sorted by years of experience, low to high. There is a dynamic average rate cell at the bottom of the rate column on each sheet. Data can be filtered by clicking any of the column header cells. This enables users to select specific education and experience levels to derive pricing for each of the four levels for each category. Federal Labor Pricing 'Analysis View' Analytics screenshots have been included to show STARS II and STARS II Open Season search results. This data can help users understand the incumbent vendors' labor rate structure at a high level.
