CIOSP Labor Rate Analysis

INPUT’s Federal Labor Pricing Group has just released a Comparative Labor Rate Analysis for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners (CIOSP) program in anticipation of the CIOSP3 RFP release in early 2009.
This analysis is based on the Top 10 vendors’ task order awards through November 1, 2008. Although over 40 vendors currently hold CIOSP2i prime awards, a mere 10 contractors have been awarded more than 83% of all task orders to date.

- A pivot table of the top 10 vendors including labor rates from December 21, 2007 to December 20, 2010 for all labor categories
- The annual escalation rates of each vendor for the CIOSP2i program
- The government site/contractor site differential for each of the detailed vendors
