The information provided here is a high level view of (GSA) Streamline Technology Acqusition Resources for Services (STARS) labor rates in anticipation of the follow-on program, STARS II.
This Labor Rate Analysis includes all labor rates for the top fifteen vendors awarded STARS Task Orders so far. More than 400 vendors were awarded the original STARS program. The top fifteen (15) vendor awards account for more than 41% of all STARS task order awards.
The labor rates for each vendor from 6/1/04 - 5/31/09 are detailed on a Pivot Table. This analysis includes a chart showing the relationship between the average labor rate of the top fifteen vendors and the percentage of awards to them.
This analysis provides the user with the competitive range as the analysis shows that low price does not translate into more awards and includes:
