NOAA LINK Labor Rate Analysis

These rates are taken from INPUT's Federal Labor Pricing Solution for dates effective 1/1/09 - 12/31/2009. The information provided here is a broad look at the Department of Commerce NOAA Information Technology Infrastructure consolidation. This Labor Rate Analysis has compiled labor rates from all labor categories listed on the Strategic Management Services Labor template. The INPUT Federal Labor Pricing solution has been used to download all matching labor categories in order to derive average labor rates for each labor category for 2009. Minimum rates and maximum rates are provided as well. Pivot Tables have been created for two labor categories, Outreach Education Specialist and Program Manager, to help illustrate the range in pricing for each labor category.
