Kathleen Sievers, Senior Manager of Federal Research and Jim Ellison, Senior Account Manager, delivered a joint webinar covering Deltek's analysis of GSA's OASIS contract vehicle coupled with a live demonstration of how to build your OASIS pipeline using Deltek's GovWin IQ. Deltek's Market Analysis provides the final presentation from the June 2015 webinar.
The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) contract vehicle was developed by GSA as a Professional Services IDIQ seeking to fill needs not supplied by other major vehicles. The primary in-scope services include Program Management, Management Consulting, Scientific, Engineering, Logistics, and Financial Services. Among the services outside of scope are Architect and Engineering services.
In June 2015, Deltek examined the year-old OASIS program to size the potential market of OASIS in order to create a more realistic picture of potential spending then the $60 billion ceiling conveys. The report further identifies which federal agencies are the most likely buyers of these services and which opportunities could be rolled into the OASIS vehicle.
With the Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) in place for Army, Air Force, Homeland Security, and most recently, the Navy ’s Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) [September 2016], OASIS is cementing its role as the professional services source for the federal government.
