DoD DEFENSE DISA ENCORE III LABOR CATEGORY RATE ANALYSIS

This analysis is showing data released by DoD DISA for average and maximum labor rates for each category of the ENCORE III program.  Specific vendor data was not disclosed by DISA but the data includes Small Business labor rate data and Full & Open labor rate data. Average and maximum rate data is included from 2018 - 2028.  The rate data is not included in the GovWin Federal Labor Pricing Solution since individual vendor labor rate details were not released by DISA.  FPDS Spending data through May 2022 of the ENCORE III program is included.  More than 79,000 labor rates, all effective within the last 1 year, of most of the incumbent vendors' from other contracts and schedules are included in this analysis. Some of the ENCORE III incumbent vendors are unique JVs established just for ENCORE III, so each vendors' rates from other programs and schedules is included in the vendor labor rate download.  An Analysis View from the Federal Pricing Labor solution of the vendor rate download results is included in this analysis.  Government site and Contract site charts of the vendor rate download are included as well.
