GSA ALLIANT 2 UNRESTRICTED COMPARATIVE RATE ANALYSIS 2018-2023 UPDATE

This update provides current FPDS Spending data through June 2020 for ALLIANT 1 and ALLIANT 2 and shows award trends for each vendor. The GSA Alliant 2 Unrestricted Comparative Rate Analysis has been created to help GovWin IQ subscribers understand incumbent vendors' labor rates between 2018-2023. More than 68,000 rates are included in this analysis. Updated FPDS spending data for Alliant 1 and Alliant 2 are provided to show which vendors are getting work and how their labor rates compare with each other. Alliant 1 FPDS data is included since, at the time of the original Alliant 2 report, Alliant 2 data had only been reported for a few months. GovWin Federal Labor Pricing Analytics screenshots have been added to help illustrate the new capabilities and functionality of the new GovWin IQ Federal Labor Pricing platform. Charts detailing minimum, average and maximum labor rates for each labor category (124) and average rates for each vendor (55) are included. Labor rate downloads for each year from 2018-2023 are included in spreadsheet/table format. Escalation factor is 1.0193 for years 1-5 of the program. Escalation factor for years 6-15 is TBD per the GSA Alliant 2 website.
