Both presidential candidates have ambitious plans to drive economic recovery, improve healthcare delivery, reform the immigration process, and strengthen national security. Their chosen strategies and methods of execution will have varying impacts on the federal budget, contracting and compliance environments. The upcoming election will usher in not only a new administration but also a potential change in the Congressional balance, which will be critical for either candidate to implement some elements of their proposed agendas.
