A note on Consortia Types, specifically OTA vs non-OTA consortia: The main goal of the above list is to highlight consortia or groups that have a corresponding OTA or OTAs (some consortia have more than one). Included as well, however, are other 'collaboration' consortia, ranging from collaborations aimed at setting common standards, to Centers of Excellence, to cooperative agreements.
