STARS II is a well established Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) currently managed by GSA. It is limited to qualifying Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) prime contractors. STARS II is a Multiple Award (MA), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) that provides information technology (IT) services and IT services-based solutions. It has had more than $5.5 billion in reported spending, FY 2013-2017.
